CDG ⇄ Paris private transfer
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign and takes you straight to your Paris address. The price is set when you book and does not move — whatever the traffic, the hour or the day.
A fixed price, known when you book
Price per vehicle, all taxes and tolls included. Free meet-and-greet with a name sign. No night, Sunday or public-holiday surcharge.
What the flat rate covers
Charles de Gaulle sits about 25 km north-east of Paris. The drive takes 45 to 60 minutes in normal conditions, longer at peak times on the A1 or the northern ring road. That is exactly why the flat rate matters: with us, a traffic jam costs you nothing extra.
We track your flight number. If your plane lands two hours late, your driver simply arrives later — nobody waits for you in vain, and you do not walk out to an empty kerb.
Where we meet you
Terminal 1
Arrivals level, exit 22. Your driver waits opposite the baggage belt with a name sign.
Terminal 2 (2A to 2F)
Arrivals hall of the terminal matching your flight. We text you the exact meeting point before you land.
Terminal 3
Arrivals level, at the exit of the baggage area.
You get your driver's first name, phone number and photo before he arrives. If anything is unclear, one call is enough — our drivers speak French and English, and depending on availability Spanish, Russian, Japanese or Arabic.
Before your transfer
Book at least twelve hours ahead: that is what lets us guarantee the vehicle class you chose. In high season — June to August, trade-fair weeks at Villepinte, the Christmas period — aim for two or three days.
Always give us your flight number. It is what triggers automatic tracking and shifts the pick-up time: without it, your driver works to the scheduled arrival and a delay costs you the slot.
For the return leg, allow a pick-up three hours before a long-haul flight and two hours before a European one, plus half an hour at peak times. The A1 and the northern ring road clog up between 7am and 9.30am, then from 5pm to 8pm.

Your questions
Does the price change if we hit traffic?
No. The €90 sedan flat rate is fixed when you book. Traffic, time of day and day of the week make no difference to what you pay.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight by its number and adjust the pick-up time. Waiting time is included at no extra cost.
How much luggage can I bring?
Three large suitcases in a sedan, seven in a premium van. If you travel with bulky equipment, tell us when booking and we will send the right vehicle.
Does the driver come inside the terminal?
Yes. Meet-and-greet with a name sign in the arrivals hall is included at no extra charge.
Can I book the return trip to CDG?
Yes, at the same rate. We recommend a pick-up three hours before a long-haul flight and two hours before a European one.
