What the flat rate covers
Disneyland Paris is at Marne-la-Vallée, east of Paris: roughly 45 km from Charles de Gaulle and 55 km from Orly. Allow 45 to 70 minutes depending on the airport and traffic on the A4.
This is the route where a private car really earns its keep. After a long flight, with tired children, suitcases and pushchairs, the alternative means the RER, a change, and a shuttle. Here, your driver loads the bags and drops you at your hotel door.
Where we meet you
From CDG
Meet-and-greet in your terminal's arrivals hall with a name sign. About 45 minutes on the road.
From Orly
Meet-and-greet on the Arrivals level of your terminal. About 60 to 70 minutes depending on traffic.
From Paris
Pick-up at the address of your choice, at the agreed time.
Baby seats, child seats and boosters are provided free — tell us the age and number of children when booking. We drop you directly at Disney hotels and Val d'Europe partner hotels.
Before your transfer
Book the premium van if there are more than four of you, or if you travel with pushchairs: at €150 it still costs less than two sedans and keeps the family in one car.
Give us each child's age when booking. We bring the right seat — infant carrier, child seat or booster — at no extra cost, but the driver needs it in the boot before leaving the depot.
Give the exact name of your hotel. Val d'Europe has some thirty properties, several with similar names; a precise address saves us circling the resort with tired children in the back.

Do you drop us at the Disney hotel itself?
Yes — at the entrance of your Disney hotel or Val d'Europe partner hotel, with no stops on the way.
There are six of us with pushchairs. Which vehicle?
The premium van, at €150. It seats seven with their luggage, pushchairs included.
Is the price the same from Orly and from CDG?
Yes: €110 for a sedan from either airport. The Orly run is longer, but the flat rate does not change.
Can you collect us at the end of the stay?
Yes, at the same rate. Book the return with the outbound and we will confirm the pick-up time against your flight.
